Welcome to PatraParbon ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website and purchasing our premium eco-friendly paper and wooden tableware, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility & Platform Use

• No Account Required. Browse and order directly without signing up.
• Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate details. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

2. Products and Pricing

• Eco-Friendly Materials. Products are crafted from premium paper and wood. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal — not defects.
• Pricing & Availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Placement & Payment

• Direct Order with Payment. Payment must be made in full online. Cash on Delivery is not offered unless explicitly stated.
• Payment Gateways. Payments are processed by verified third-party gateways. We do not collect or store your sensitive payment details.
• Order Confirmation. Once payment is verified, we email an order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Partners. We ship through reliable third-party logistics partners.
• Timelines. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, logistics issues, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss. Passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Order Cancellation. Accepted only within 2 hours of placing the order — email support@patraparbon.in.
• Returns & Replacements. Due to the hygienic nature of food-contact items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged/defective or the wrong item was delivered.
• Reporting Issues. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

6. Limitation of Liability

PatraParbon, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where the business is registered.
